How do I open my training or nutrition plan?
Your plan comes in a .zip file which is just a compressed folder that holds everything inside.
To open it:
If your device doesn’t let you open it directly, you’ll need a free app called WinRAR or an equivalent unzip tool. Here’s what to use based on your device:
